The issue has been solved in your website.
After checking through your website, I found another custom post types for ‘Our Specialists’.
But it needs another single file so I have created another file single-specialist.php and uploaded it in themes folder.

To reorder the posts, you can also use ‘Post Types Order’ WordPress plugin
https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/
