To make this changes
Go to the Appearance -> Theme options -> Basic Settings -> Custom CSS
and use below css code in custom css box

.nivo-caption h2 { text-transform: capitalize; text-shadow: none;  }
.header { box-shadow: 0 1px 3px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1); }
.header.fixed { background: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.9) none repeat scroll 0 0; }
