I have given two 5-Stars for the promptness, timeliness of the support i received from the Grace Theme support representative. What thrilled me was i did not have to make a telephone call and get to speak with some robot telling me to press some crazy numbers and be bounced around like a rubber ball. Honestly that was what scared me when at first i couldn’t upload the pro version. apparently, i was trying to use the FREE version. First i was told to uninstall the free version before uploading the pro version. The theme is fresh with elegant styling. I find it most appropriate to attract my desired readership. I had some challenges getting it to where i want it. They have replied all my queries each time. For both the Theme and the after sales support, i give double 5 star.

We tried the free version of BeautiPlus because of its clean, simple styling and liked that it seemed well coded. We upgraded to the Pro version and, while it looked the same on the surface, it was completely rewritten. That didn’t thrill us, but, still, we liked the styling, so we stuck with it. Then we found a conflict between the theme and a favorite popular plugin. The plugin writer responded quickly, but was no help at all in resolving the issue. Grace Themes also responded quickly, and it took us a couple of tries, but, ultimately, they resolved our problem. The Grace Themes rep(s) was/were consistently polite and helpful. They fixed the problem, explained what it was, and sent us a new functions.php file. I would look to them again, for future theme purchases.
