I am using Elevation PRO theme, but I figured this out. For others having the same problem, most of the features to this theme are found in the “Appearance > Theme Options” menu, however not all of them. Others are added directly to the WordPress Dashboard menu, which was the case for the Team (“Our Team”) on the dashboard menu. Once I saw that, it was fairly simple to add/delete team members.
Great theme! Looks amazing!
