You can use the Custom Menus to link the main menu to the homepage sections

– Go to Appearance >> Menu
– Click on Create a new menu link
– Give a name to your menu (Primary) in Menu name and click save menu button
– Select menu theme locations Primary Menu from Menu Settings
– Create Custom Links
– Set URL: #section1
– Set Link Text: About Us (name of menu)
– Repeat the same process by creating Custom Links and to set URL & Link Text to add more menu elements

Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Footer

You can also use widgets to mage the footer columns
Go to the Appearance -> Widgets -> Footer widget 1/2/3/4 -> Add widget

1. Install the Newsletter plugin
https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/
2. Create your newsletter form
3. Go to the Appearance -> Widgets -> Footer Widget 4 -> Add Text widget
3. Add your Newsletter form shortcode in the Text widget

– Create pages from Page » Add New
– Add Title and Description of the page
– Go to Appearance » Theme Options » Sections » Top Four Box Section
– Select Page and upload image
