As you are using the Powerclub Lite free theme and the settings is not available in free version to change the logo image size.
The Powerclub PRO theme comes with the option to change logo image height.

Kindly go to Appearance => Editor => paste below CSS code in the bottom of the style.css file
OR Also, Can paste Appearance => Theme Options => Basic Settings tab in Custom CSS box.

To change the image and text content of “Top Three Services Section”
- Create 3 pages from Page » Add New
- Add Title and Description of the page
- Go to Appearance » Theme Options » Sections » Top Three Services Section
- Select Page and upload image to display text content and image
