The option is not available to display video in homepage slider.
You can use any video slider plugin to show video in main slider area.

1. Install the Cyclone Slider plugin
1. Go to Appearance » Theme Options » Homepage Slider
2. Enter your slider shortcode which is provided by plugin without php tag

The Options frameworks is not working on your server.
I am also trying to edit/upload the file using File Manager plugin but is not allowing to make any changes.

To install the theme, log on to WordPress admin panel
Go to the menu Appearance > Themes and click on Add New button

After activating the theme, please setup homepage using following

1. Go to Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays
2. Click on radio button of Your latest posts
3. Go to Appearance -> Theme Options and click on Restore Defaults in bottom side

Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Custom CSS
add below css code in custom css box and change the color code
