Win10 IE11 huge white space

Except for the home page, every page has a huge white space between the header and the content when running Win 10 and IE 11.
Ah, it’s a problem if you don’t use a header image. Win10 / IE11 leaves a huge blank space. Worked around by creating a 5px white square as the header image.
