Top Three Services Section

Working with the Fitness Club Pro theme. there is a section identified as Top Three Services Section, which grabs the title and a fixed amount of text from a new page, and renders it in the box.
My question is how do you limit the text? Right now it cuts off in a mid-sentence, however if I try to add the —More— page break feature, it renders as (more) on-screen (yech!).
How do I manage the number of characters or words in that section?

Grace ThemesRespectfully, I don’t just share URL and WordPress admin login details with strangers. I think the question is pretty straight forward, and I’m surprised that the answer is not documented (and/or that nobody before me has asked the question).
There is nothing with the current WP installation that you need to mess with, so please can you just answer the question?
