The url in section 3 What We Offer don't work

Hello! Can’t make the link in the section What We Offer. When I change url = “#” the link “http://…” in the Content Section of the page, for example, the boxing workout is not displayed and not working.

Go to Appearance -> Editor -> custom-functions.php
at line no. 719 you will see the code<a href="#">now just replace this code with the below code
<a href="'.$url.'">If you are still getting problem, please send your website URL and WordPress admin login details for temporary at [email protected] so we can check and solve this issue quickly.
