Hi. I enjoy “The Church” and have created this website http://www.mernsogn.dk with it.
It used to work fine, but today I tried to create a new blog post.
When I tried to publish it, I got an error message.
When I next looked at the site, a lot of new blog posts had appeared that I didn’t write (they looked like some demo content).
I contacted my provider’s support and they advised me to turn on debugging and PHP error codes. Then on the top of the website it said:
Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in /customers/b/4/4/mernsogn.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/the-church/header-functions.php on line 143 Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in /customers/b/4/4/mernsogn.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/the-church/header-functions.php(143) : runtime-created function(1) : eval()’d code on line 156 Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in /customers/b/4/4/mernsogn.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/the-church/header.class.php on line 143 Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in /customers/b/4/4/mernsogn.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/the-church/header.class.php(143) : runtime-created function(1) : eval()’d code on line 156
They said something might be wrong with my theme and I should update it, or contact you.
I updated all I could (the theme couldn’t be updated), so now I’m contacting you 🙂
To make the site look tidy again, I have now manually deleted all the demo content blog posts, and switched off debugging. But I still would like to create my new blog post.
What can we do?
Thanks in advance, Claudia
