How to display the latest news by category ?

I have seen a short code but there is no category option

Hi. I have a similar query. I would like to add posts from a particular category to a webpage.
I am using the following short code where the category id for the particular category (county) is 21.

[subtitle color=”#747373″ size=”15px” description=”County related news”][latest-news showposts=”4″ catid=”21″ date=”show” comment=”hide” author=”no” readmore=”READ MORE” excerptlength=”15″]

However this short code is displaying all posts, not just those in category 21. What do I need to change in the code? Thanks for the help
