Shifters pro, primary menu issues

Hello Team,
building a new website https://ztransport.co.uk/ using the recently bought shifters pro theme. Inserted the sample data but I am having troubles making the imported menu appear in the menu section (only seeing home and sample page, any other attempts to display another menu are futile too).
Let me know if I can create a wp-admin user for you so you may access the admin area or if you need any details from me in order to investigate further.

Hi,
After activating the theme, please setup homepage using following
1. Go to Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays
2. Click on radio button of Your latest posts
3. Go to Appearance -> Theme Options and click on Restore Defaults in bottom sidePlease check the documentation to setup and customize the theme

This is bullshit i follow every step all i got in home page is this, so no solution only i should send my pass ?
Hi,
To setup the main primary menu
– First of all create pages from Pages >> Add new page
– Go to Appearance >> Menu
– Click on Create a new menu link
– Give a name to your menu in Menu name and click save menu button
– Once you have create menu. You need to add pages by selecting with checkboxes.
– Select menu theme locations Primary Menu from Menu Settings
– Click Save Menu after adding required pages, categories in the menuPlease check the documentation
