Sections not appearing until scroll

Hello,
I removed our home page slider, but because the sections below don’t appear until the user scrolls, the homepage appears blank at first. Please see our site here:

How can I fix this?

Please remove the animation effects to display all homepage sections
Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Animation Effect -> check on checkboxHello !
I love the “animation on scroll” functionality, but the display comes too late and the page appears like blank or emty at first look. How is it possible to display the animation earlier ?
