Hello,

I did not find a possibility to remove RSVP button. Is there any?

Hi,

To remove RSVP button from the header menu:
Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Header Book An Appointment
delete below code

<a href="#" class="booknow">RSVP</a>
