Hi Fabian,

To change the border color in services section
Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Custom CSS
and paste below CSS code in custom css box

.fourbox .thumbbx { border: 1px solid #000000; }

Now you need to change color code to suitable to your site.

Hi,

To delete post thumbnail click on Remove featured images.

You can install SSL certificate in your website.
