Online Consulting Pro 1.2 – Testimonials Section not appearing on home page

I’m using the pro version of the Online Consulting Pro WordPress theme. I cannot get the Home Page Sections to appear. Specifically I am trying to get the testimonials section to appear, although non of the sections are appearing. The Hide Section is not checked.
The three box services and Welcome sections appear correctly but no sections will appear under this.
