Mobile Menu not working

Whether on a mobile phone or if I reduce the browser width to mobile width, the Mobile Menu is NOT WORKING! I’ve never had this on other themes.

Any ideas on why this is happening?
Additional info:
It appears that if the width is larger than 750px, the mobile menu works but 750px or less, it doesn’t work.Also, if I change the theme from Dancing Star Pro to one of the default templates like Twenty-Twenty, the mobile menu works.
