I am finding I am having an issue with inconsistent menus when viewing with an ipad and desktop.

On a Tablet: My home page is displaying the desktop version but any other pages have the mobile menu.
I want tablets to show the full site version menu not mobile version.

On a desktop: When decreasing the window size, the theme menu changes to the mobile version very quickly, and also some pages change to mobile version before others, so when changing to different pages some pages have mobile menu and others have desktop menu.

Tablet Question: How can I set it so the theme will always display the full site version even on tablets?

Desktop Question: How can I have all pages show the same menu and switch to mobile version at the same time & also delay that change till the window gets a little bit smaller than its current change point?
