Issue with downloading sample data Fitness Club Theme Pro

I am currently trying to import the sample data for Fitness Club Theme – Pro.
I am using a MacBook Air. running Calalina Version 10.15.4
When I try to import the zip file I get the following message:
Installing Plugin from uploaded file: fitnessclub-sample-data.zip
Unpacking the package…Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin installation failed.
Return to Plugin Installer
Some of your translations need updating. Sit tight for a few more seconds while we update them as well.
Updating translations for WordPress (en_GB)…
Translation updated successfully.
Any help appreciated.
Hi,
It seems that you are trying to install the plugin, not the sample data.
To Import the Demo Content
– Download the Demo Content zip file
– The demo content is inside a .zip file. (Right click on fitnessclub-sample-data.zip to extract)
– Go to Tools -> Import
– Install and run WordPress importer
– Click on browse, select fitnessclub-sample-data.xml file and click on Upload file and importPlease check the documentation
