How can I edit the text of section 12 at the bottom of my home page, just above the footer. Or how can I make my front page display my blog posts.

I’ve tried changing the text over and over again, every way I can think of. The same text that I do not want on my front page. When I try to change my home page to display my blog posts, instead of the static page with all the sections, it just keeps on showing the static page with the section and that last one with that obnoxiously out of context blurb.
I want complete control of the static page. Or I just want to display my blog posts. The content is most important, not the pretty static page.
