Colours won’t change on the homepage

Hi, I’ve tried to change colours thrugh style.css. It didn’t change all, I’ve seen that there are other scripts and some inline css. I have made changes everywhere possible. All sub-pages changed however the homepage still stays green. What should I do?

To change the color of the site
Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Color
