Can we set larger blog post featured image?

To display blog post featured image in full width
Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Custom CSS
and add below css code in custom css box.blog-post-repeat .post-thumb.blogsingle { width: 100% }Regards
Grace ThemesThis instruction didn’t do anything to the blog post graphics. Is there something else I can try to control the image size?
