Using the amplitude pro theme, how do I remove where it says Amplitude in the upper left corner above where is shows the site title?

Hi,

After activating the Amplitude Pro theme, please setup homepage using following

1. Go to Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays
2. Click on radio button of Your latest posts
3. Go to Appearance -> Theme Options and click on Restore Defaults in bottom side

The Site Title is displaying in the upper left corner. You can either use Site Title or Site Logo image

1. To change site name and tagline Go to Settings » General » Site Title
2. To display logo image Go to Appearance » Theme Options » Basic Settings » Logo

This did not work. It is still showing the the caption Amplitude above the site title.
