How do I add images to the gallery?

Hi Andy,

To add images to the Photo Gallery

Add some photo from Photo Gallery -> Add New
Go to Appearance » Theme Options » Sections » Section 8
Use this shortcode to display photo gallery: [photogallery filter=”true” show=”8″]

Hi There,

Thanks for getting back to me.

What you sent, I have already read in the docs but it doesn’t seem to make any sense.

When I visit Photo Gallery -> Add New. It just adds a new gallery, there’s no place to add any images.

Could there be something wrong with the version I have, it’s Pro Version 4.7.3

Also, this is with a multi-site setup of WordPress, would that have any effect?

Please send your website URL and WordPress admin login details for temporary at [email protected] so we can setup photo gallery in your website. So you will then better understand how gallery is comes with.

Hi Andy,

I have created three categories Life Style, Fashion and Portrait

To add images in photo gallery
Go to Photo Gallery -> Add New

Enter Title..say ‘Image1’
Select category and then select Featured Image which will display in photo gallery

I have also emailed all the details on your email ID.

The “Featured Image” part was this missing step, it’s not very intuitive for us. Maybe adding it to the documentation might help others in the future.
