The option is not available to display video in homepage slider.

If you want to use video in slider, you can use Cyclone Slider — WordPress Plugin

• Just Install the plugin
• Create slider for homepage
• Go to Appearance » Theme Options » Homepage Slider » Custom Slider Shortcode
• Enter slider shortcode without php tag in Custom Slider shortcode are
