Hi Jonathan,

When you say you have lost your content, do you mean it has all physically gone from your Dashboard, or is just not displaying on the live site?

If it is the latter then you are probably having the same issue that I did which is resolved in the forum here : http://gracethemes.com/forums/topic/cannot-make-any-changes-to-theme/
