I don’t use the slider as a slider. Just for one image. But that image is to large. How can i chance the size of the slider?

.slider-main { min-height:700px !important;}
.nivoSlider img { height:700px !important;}in CCS by Basicsettings.
Does this change the width automatically? I am not sure of that.

You just need to remove min-height:500px; from style.css file
Go to Appearance -> Editor -> style.css file
at the end of file you will find below code and remove min-height:500px;.slider-main{min-height:500px; background:url(images/loading.gif) no-repeat center center #ffffff;}Regards
