Theme Uploading Error

Hi, I have problem in uploading (& activating) the theme. I tried uploading through admin wordpress and also cPanel. When i upload through admin > Appearance > Theme, i receive this error: The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini. When i upload through TPF, the uploading process receive error too. How can i solve the issue? Thank you.
