Social care issues

Hi, Social Care lite, and a child both work fine. When I install Social Care Pro - I can make no changes - can't get correct menu, can't change logo, woocommerce catalog images are not proper. Other templates work fine - just can't modify Social Care Pro. Thanks Brad
