Shifters Pro – Limit "Services" height.

Hello There. We are in process creating Page with Shifters Pro theme. How to limit height for the 4 Service-Topics to a fixed height? Currently on our "Demo-Zone" http://wp5.virtualairport.de the third square has different height. How to force limit the height for every square to be the same size? Regards Joerg
