    Hi,

Following the short code in tutorial templates, i add this to a Contact Page:

    [contactform to_email=”[email protected]” title=”Contact Form”]

By this, the system send an email to “test…..com” and not test….com

For a right sending, i removed the ” ” symbol, and it work good.

    It is normal?

    Thank You.

    Hi,

To receive an email from contact form use the to_email address in double quotes

You will just need to change the email address “[email protected]” to your own email address in short code

    [contactform to_email=”[email protected]” title=”Contact Form”]

    Regards

Hi, if i insert the double-quote in the email address, i receive an email like this:

    ————————————————————-

This is the mail system at host w-51.th.seeweb.it.

I’m sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It’s attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

    The mail system

    <[email protected]???>: bad address syntax

    ———————————————————————

The double quote are views like ???

If i remove the double quote, the email start and arrives.

    Is it a server problem?

    Hi,

From the above email message, it seems that the double quote in contact form shortcode is not allowing email address to send as a parameter to email function.

We have tested contact form in other server and is working fine with double quote.

If the shortcode is working without double quote, you can use it and its’ not a server problem.

    Regards
