removing certain features from homepage

Hi, i am new to all of this and was wondering how do i remove certain sections from the home page.
1. the our theme features section.
2. recent post
3. recent projects
4. our clients.thanks for any help
i finally found it and tried a couple of things and got 2,3,& 4, removed. I still cant remove the our themes section.

To hide the homepage sections
Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Section -> Section 1 -> Hide Section
and check on checkbox to hide this section
