Music Pro: Show specific post category

Hi Team, for the latest news section, this is the shortcode used by default: [latest-news button="Read More" showposts="3" date="show"] How can I show posts from a specific category only? I also tried to show posts of another category in a separate page, but all the posts are showing. please advise how to show specific category only. many thanks
