i want to costumize the position of the Slider Image Title and Description. Where did i need to do the changes that will bring the text for example further downward to the border?

To change the position of the Slider Image Title and Description to downward

Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Custom CSS
and use below css code in custom css box

.nivo-caption { bottom:10%; }

The default value is 30%, you can change the size as per your need.

If I purchase this premium WordPress theme, will the WordPress tool bar still appear at the top of my page? I don’t want it there. If so, how do I disable it?

The WordPress tool bar appear at the top of the page only if the user is logged in to wp-admin panel.

You can disable this tool bar
Go to Users -> Your Profile -> Toolbar -> Show Toolbar when viewing site
