Hello,
My profile site is ganesh548405040.com and I have used legal advisor lite. I am planning to update my site with the pro theme.
My query is,
Does the theme have a perpetual license or is it charged yearly?
Does the theme support visual composer?
Does the customization done to the lite theme retains in the pro theme or should I do them once again?

1. Price of a PRO theme is $29 is one time only. We don’t offer any subscription based pricing and you don’t need any license to use our theme.
You are free to modify our products for personal or commercial websites and you can use them as many projects as you like for any purpose.2. All of our themes are compatible with all popular page builder plugin including Visual Composer.
3. After activating the PRO theme you will need to configure your site again with the pages using Theme Options panel.
