Creator World Pro

I have a few questions, but here are a couple to start with: 1.) How do I center my logo? 2.) Where can I choose how each section appears as I scroll down. Id rather it was just there all the time than to appear in different ways. How can I change that? I believe 1 is on Zoom, another on fade, etc.
