Creating Pages in Yogic Pro

I am extremely frustrated with Yogic Pro. I have read through the documentation numerous times and there is nothing that explains why the content of my pages are shoved up so high on the page that they are covered by the menu bar. Can someone please help? I've tried changing the Page Template on "Page Attributes" on the page itself when editing and none of them solve this issue.
