Anchor links

Hi, I'm trying to create a anchor link on the menu as I'm trying to use a single page for everything. I could simple add <id=services> on the dentalservices section content area but the link is moving to the bottom of the section instead of the top. How can I do that? Link: http://3.106.55.114
