Hi Manuel, The options is not available to use video in homepage slider. If you want to display video in slider, you can use Cyclone Slider — WordPress Plugins

• Install the plugin
• Go to Appearance » Theme Options » Homepage Slider
• Enter your slider shortcode which is provided by plugin without php tag
