Theme Uploading Error

Hi,
I have problem in uploading (& activating) the theme.
I tried uploading through admin wordpress and also cPanel.
When i upload through admin > Appearance > Theme, i receive this error:
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.When i upload through TPF, the uploading process receive error too.
How can i solve the issue?

Please send Cpanel and WordPress admin login details of your website for temporary at [email protected] so we can check and install and setup theme on your website.
