DentistPlus – "Get an Appointment Page" widget edit

Hello, dear friend.
As there is no DentistPlus support forum, i’m posting here. If it’s wrong, please move to the proper area and forgive my mistake.
So… I’m using the DentistPlus template and wish to use a different kind of link. I’m using a button linked to make a call to a phone number instead of linking it to a page. I work it all perfectly removing the original button and adding a different one. But, as long the widget area on the right side is “reserved” to the original button, the alignment looks weird.
I tried to find the code to remove the area by myself but I had no success. I just want to centralize the content in that area.

To solve this issue
Go to Appearance -> Editor -> style.css
add below css code at the end of style.css file.appointmentwrap { width: 100%; }The email notification is working fine in our theme support forums.
Please do this changes and let me know your feedback.
